2 Oz Mezcal (we use Don Amado Rustico)
¼ Oz Fernet Vallet
½ Oz Prickly Pear Purée
½ Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ Oz 2:1 Simple Syrup
2 dashes Lemon Scrappy's Bitters


Shake with ice strain onto a large piece of ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
