Ingredients
1 oz Amargo-Vallet
1/2 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
3 oz tonic water
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except the tonic water with ice and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Add tonic water and stir gently to incorporate. Garnish with a grapefruit half-wheel.
