Ingredients
2 oz Mezcal Don Amado Rústico
¼ oz Fernet-Vallet
½ oz prickly pear purée
½ oz lemon juice
¼ oz rich simple syrup
2 dashes lemon bitters
Instructions
Shake with ice, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice rock and garnish with a lemon twist.
